CORE 5 - INTERNATIONAL QUALITY INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE PROJECT

The Core 5 industrial workshop and warehouse rental project is constructed with a total area of 70,000m2. This is also one of the representative projects that Seico undertook in 2023. The two-story workshop with characteristic curved walls is a design provided for the first time by Core 5 Vietnam, often preferred by electronics manufacturers.

Understanding customer expectations, Seico consistently strives to complete projects quickly while ensuring they meet high standards of quality and aesthetics. Completing the project on schedule once again affirms Seico's professionalism in design, processing, and the installation of prefabricated steel buildings.

The Core 5 Quang Ninh project once again demonstrates the trust and confidence of the investor in Seico's capabilities and expertise in the field of prefabricated steel buildings. Seico is honored to be the unit processing, supplying, and installing 1800 tons of steel structures, over 70,000m2 of roofing, and 7000m2 of Deck flooring for this project.
