BROAD VIEW OF THAI NGUYEN GNP PROJECT

GNP Yen Binh Industrial Center - Pho Yen, Thai Nguyen Project belongs to Mass Well Vietnam Co., Ltd. The company focuses on establishing ready-built factories to the highest standards and optimal services for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the fields of manufacturing, processing, electronics, assembling automobiles and garments.
The project has a total area of up to 13 hectares while the total area of ready-built factories for rent is about 90,000 m2. Seico is proud to be the supplier and contractor of all steel structure items for the project with a volume of 2500 tons along with Decking Floor and Industrial Paint.
Especially in this project, Seico has improved the method of erection to speed up the progress, from the beginning of the structure erection to the corrugated iron roofing stage, it only took 8 days.
Overall, the factory was built completely without internal column steps over a large span of 58m with steps of 9m and 9.5m. In the end, our steel structures fully met the strict requirements of engineering and material and without doubt, the project was completed on schedule.
