APPLICATION OF SEAMLOCK ROOFING AND INTEGRATED CLADDING SOLUTIONS AT THE DOWHA PROJECT

At the Dowha Project in Quang Binh, SEICO is implementing a fully integrated cladding system that meets rigorous technical requirements while also emphasizing architectural aesthetics and long-term durability:
12,600 m² of fire-resistant Seamlock roofing with reflective insulation
The Seamlock roofing system is ideal for large-scale structures requiring high durability. Designed without the use of exposed fasteners, it offers superior water resistance and eliminates the risks of leakage and corrosion commonly found at screw penetrations. Additionally, its construction reduces thermal expansion and enhances insulation performance, thanks to the integrated reflective fire-resistant insulation layer.
530 m² of translucent roof panels (skylight system)
These panels provide natural lighting and ventilation, helping reduce energy consumption while improving the indoor working environment.
Insect screens and rain-resistant flashings
All complementary components are installed with precision and consistency, ensuring airtight integration at every material junction. This prevents insect intrusion and protects against wind-driven rain.
