AURORA IP WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT: OPTIMIZING OPERATIONS WITH A COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTION FROM SEICO

The Wastewater Treatment Plant project at the Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park – Aurora IP has been planned with a total treatment capacity of up to 110,000 m³ per day, developed through multiple modern treatment modules to meet sustainable operational demands and increasingly strict environmental standards.
In its newly completed phase, the project stands out with an operation building featuring a unique “eggshell-shaped” steel roof system. The design reflects a modern architectural language, creating a striking highlight for the entire wastewater treatment complex while also requiring a high level of coordination between structural systems, materials, and technical solutions.
As a project partner, SEICO provided a comprehensive solution package including:
- Steel structures
- SP Deck flooring system
- Roofing sheet system with specially designed wave profiles
SP Deck flooring system optimized for construction progress
The “giant funnel-mouth” architecture is not only an aesthetic statement but also the result of a fully optimized process between design intent and practical construction solutions. Implementing the project under a combo solution model helped synchronize all components from the beginning, ensuring technical compatibility and optimizing the project’s operational efficiency.
