SEICO GROUP TEAM MASTERS THE 2026 TECHNICAL STANDARDS

On the afternoon of April 3, 2026, at Factory 2, SEICO GROUP held an internal training session on the 2026 Technical Requirements (TR), with the participation of management representatives, production teams, and quality engineering personnel from Structural Factory 1 and 2. The activity aimed to ensure a correct and unified understanding across the entire system, standardize the implementation approach, and prepare all teams to apply the new technical standards from the outset.
Participants remained highly focused and seriously engaged in absorbing the new technical standards.
At the beginning of the session, representatives of the Regional Board of Directors, together with the Human Resources Department, introduced the production organization regulations, helping unify operational principles and laying the foundation for the consistent application of technical requirements across the entire system.
This was followed by an in-depth training segment delivered directly by Mr. Phạm Hữu Thắng, QA Specialist from the Quality Management Department, which went straight into the key contents of the 2026 Technical Requirements set. The session focused on the overall standards system, major changes compared with the previous version, and specific adjustments for each production team. The clear, practical delivery helped participants clearly visualize and apply the standards in their day-to-day work.
The lively discussion session helped participants resolve issues right during the training.
Going beyond theory, the training dedicated significant time to direct discussion and resolving issues arising during actual operations. This gave participants the opportunity to “understand the issue correctly and resolve it at the right point”, thereby improving their ability to apply the standards in real production settings.
By the end of the training, 100% of participants had grasped the core contents of the 2026 TR. This outcome not only reflects knowledge acquisition but also demonstrates the proactive learning spirit, openness, and sense of responsibility of each individual in improving overall quality.
At SEICO, technical standards do not remain merely as written documents. They are transformed into action, embedded into daily work habits, and upheld as a commitment by every individual across the system toward the shared goal of high-quality, sustainable production.
