SEICO Mid-Year Review Conference: First-half Business Results and Second-half 2026 Objectives

On the morning of June 27, 2026, SEICO's Board of Directors, together with department managers, deputy managers, and key personnel, gathered for the Mid-Year Review Conference to assess business performance during the first six months of the year and align on objectives and action plans for the remainder of 2026.
General Director Nguyen Trung Mien delivered the opening remarks and officially kicked off the program.
More than a routine performance review, the conference served as an open, constructive platform for dialogue between the leadership team and various departments. Participants reflected on achievements, highlighted key successes, and candidly discussed the challenges encountered amid an increasingly dynamic and competitive market environment.
The results achieved in the first half of 2026 are a testament to the collective dedication, resilience, and teamwork of SEICO employees, guided by the strategic direction and close leadership of the Board of Directors. Alongside a comprehensive review of the company's operational and business performance, the Executive Board outlined key priorities, growth strategies, and action plans for the months ahead.
The Board of Management also outlined the key objectives, development strategies, and action priorities for the remaining six months of the year.
A key highlight of the conference was the presentation sessions delivered by market leaders and department heads, who shared performance results, practical lessons learned, valuable experiences, and commitments for the second half of the year. The candid discussions, diverse perspectives, and proactive mindset demonstrated throughout the event fostered an atmosphere of inspiration, collaboration, and shared determination.

The conference also provided an opportunity to recognize and honor outstanding teams and individuals whose exceptional contributions played an important role in SEICO's success during the first half of the year.
