SEICO CONDUCTS QR CODE LABELING TRAINING & PRACTICE – READY TO IMPLEMENT THE PAE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

To enhance transparency, traceability, and management efficiency throughout the entire lifecycle of steel components, SEICO organized a QR code labeling training and hands-on practice session at the Factory.
Program Objectives
The training session was designed to equip the team with essential knowledge before officially implementing the PAE Management System, including:
- Understanding the PAE process: Procurement – Assembly – Erection
- Mastering QR code labeling standards and placement regulations for each type of component
- Practicing scanning, verification, and data synchronization on the system
- Ensuring full readiness to deploy the new management system across production, fabrication, and erection stages

Seico organized a QR code labeling training and hands-on practice session at the Factory.
QR Code – The “Identification Card” of Every Component
Applying a unique QR code to each component enables SEICO to:
- Track the entire lifecycle: from materials, fabrication, painting, packing, and transportation to on-site erection
- Control quality and progress with accuracy and complete transparency down to each individual part
- Reduce errors while improving consistency and management efficiency

The QR control labels are applied to SEICO’s steel structure products.
This marks an important step toward process standardization, especially for projects requiring strict precision and transparency.
