SEICO has successfully completed the fabrication and erection of structural steel works for a large-scale project, delivering more than 4,000 tons of structural steel and 40,000 m² of SP Deck flooring within an ambitious three-month schedule.
Achieving this milestone required seamless coordination across the entire project lifecycle - from fabrication and logistics to on-site erection. Every stage was executed according to a well-structured implementation plan, supported by close collaboration among engineering, production, logistics, and construction teams.
4,000 tons of structural steel and 40,000 m² of SP Deck delivered in just 3 months
Three key factors contributed to the successful delivery of this project:
Advanced Engineering & BIM Modeling
SEICO leveraged Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to develop and validate comprehensive 3D models prior to construction. This approach enabled early identification and resolution of potential design clashes, significantly reducing on-site errors and virtually eliminating rework. As a result, fabrication activities were executed with greater accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless transition from design to production.
Smart Manufacturing & Automation
Supported by well-structured production management and advanced automated machinery, SEICO accelerated steel fabrication in line with daily production targets while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. This manufacturing capability played a critical role in meeting the project's demanding schedule.
Integrated Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Delivering more than 4,000 tons of structural steel required the coordination of hundreds of transportation movements. SEICO's logistics team implemented a Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery strategy, ensuring that steel components arrived on site at the right time and in the correct erection sequence. This approach minimized site congestion and supported continuous construction progress.
