Deakin University student experienced short term intership period in Seico Group

From 19th November 19 to 23rd November 2018, the group of students from Deakin University (Deakin University), Australia spent a week studying and exchanging in-depth practical experience in structure steel with Seico's specialists.
Practice week is divided into 3 stages:
Stage 1: Students learned basic information of the company such as organizational structure, vision, mission, core values and in-depth interview questions with Seico's experts.

Stage 2: Students visited Seico's factory in Tan Truong industrial zone, Cam Giang province, Hai Duong. During this visit, the students were explained by Seico's experts about the process and production standards of the factory, typically with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2015 and Kaizen 5S method. In addition, the experts also gave students a lot of new knowledge about Vietnam's pre-engineered steel industry and the relationship with Australian customers.

Stage 3: The group of students presented their research reports and results to the board of directors and received positive reviews.

The practice week ended as expected by Seico and Deakin. Through this occasion, Seico hopes to contribute our strength to build a good relationship between Vietnam and Australia and inspire "steel-loving sprit" for future generations of students.
