“PROUD OF SEICO” VIDEO CONTEST CELEBRATES CREATIVITY, TEAM SPIRIT, AND CORPORATE PRIDE

As part of SEICO GROUP’s 23rd anniversary celebrations, the “Proud of SEICO” video contest officially concluded, leaving a lasting impression through creativity, meaningful storytelling, and strong employee engagement across the organization. More than an internal competition, the program provided an opportunity for departments and business units to reflect on SEICO’s development journey through authentic stories about people, work, and corporate culture.

The “Proud of SEICO” contest promotes creativity and strengthens employee pride across the organization.

From its launch, the contest received enthusiastic participation from teams throughout the SEICO system. Employees from both office functions and manufacturing facilities contributed a diverse range of entries, including documentary-style features, music videos, storytelling formats, and other creative productions.

One of the defining aspects of the competition was its ability to transform everyday workplace experiences into compelling narratives. SEICO’s core values—Creativity, Sustainability, Professionalism, and Excellence—were brought to life through real actions, working experiences, and personal stories shared by employees across the organization.

Behind each submission was a significant investment of time and effort, from concept development and scriptwriting to filming and post-production. Many teams collaborated beyond regular working hours, working together to develop ideas, prepare filming locations, and produce videos that reflected the unique identity of their departments and teams.

The competition was conducted in two stages, comprising an online voting round and a final presentation before the judging panel. Following active engagement on the SEICO GROUP fanpage, shortlisted entries advanced to the final evaluation stage, where they were assessed by a panel consisting of senior executives and management representatives from across the organization.

During the final round, team representatives not only introduced their video submissions but also shared the inspiration behind their projects, the stories they sought to tell, and the messages they wished to convey from their respective perspectives.

In addition, seven teams received Recognition Awards for their creativity, unique perspectives, and enthusiastic participation:

The contest contributed to strengthening engagement and promoting SEICO’s corporate culture across the organization

Each video represented a unique perspective on the people, values, and development journey that have shaped SEICO over the past 23 years. Beyond the awards and recognition, the contest successfully fostered a stronger sense of belonging, collective pride, and cultural connection, reinforcing the values that continue to unite the SEICO family as the company enters its next chapter of growth.
