SEICO ANNOUNCES NEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENTS

On June 5, 2026, SEICO officially announced its new organizational structure and leadership appointments, marking an important milestone in the company's journey to strengthen governance and enhance operational effectiveness across the Group.
Leadership Appointments and New Role Assignments
During the event, SEICO's leadership team introduced Notice No. 20/2026/TB-SEICO regarding the implementation of the Group's new organizational structure following the recent restructuring process. The updated organizational chart and operating model were also presented, providing employees with a clear picture of how the business will move forward in the next phase of development.
Launch of the SEICO Group Compliance Control Team to strengthen governance and compliance oversight
Speaking at the ceremony, the General Director emphasized that the organizational restructuring is designed not only to support the company's growing scale but also to improve collaboration across departments, unlock the potential of each team member, and help SEICO respond more effectively to future opportunities and challenges.
As part of the program, SEICO officially announced several management appointments and leadership assignments.

- Mr. Tran Viet Dung – Director of Steel Structure Manufacturing
- Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung – Director of Roofing Sheet & Purlin Factory
- Mr. Phung Cong Quyet – Assigned a new leadership role by the Board of Directors
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen – Human Resources Manager, SEICO Group
- Mr. Phung Manh Tu – Deputy Human Resources Manager, SEICO Group
- Ms. Le Thi Hong – Head of Administration, Legal Affairs & Environmental Safety
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan – Production Manager, Paint Manufacturing Plant
- Mr. Nguyen Hoang Quyen – Head of Sales Team 1
