When Technology Strengthens Professionalism and Team Collaboration

As part of its roadmap to digitize production processes and strengthen workforce capabilities, SEICO GROUP recently organized an in-depth training program on Tekla software. Beyond enhancing technical knowledge, the program also served as a bridge connecting different departments.

When Technology Becomes a Common Language
At SEICO GROUP, precision is always a top priority. With that in mind, the internal Tekla training program was designed for the Solution Design and Contract Management departments. Under the guidance of Mr. Le Thanh Tung, an experienced expert from the Solution and Design Department, the session translated complex technical concepts into practical, easy-to-apply workflows.
Using Tekla enables team members not only to develop accurate 3D modeling skills, but also to gain a clearer understanding of drawing development and implementation processes. When both the Design and Contract Management teams work from a common technological platform, communication barriers are reduced, paving the way for smoother and more professional collaboration.
The alignment of tools enables more synchronized and accurate collaboration across departments.
The Power of Interaction
A key highlight of the training was its hands-on approach. Instead of lengthy theoretical presentations, participants engaged directly in practical exercises, raised questions, and resolved real-time issues throughout the session.
The atmosphere remained dynamic, driven by continuous two-way interaction. Questions related to optimizing drawings and managing contract data more effectively were addressed immediately, ensuring that knowledge was not only understood, but also applied in day-to-day work.

Team Cohesion as the Foundation for Sustainable Growth
One participant shared: “The most valuable takeaway from this session was not just learning a new tool, but also gaining a better understanding of each other’s work. As a result, collaboration between the Design and Contract Management teams has become much more cohesive and aligned.”
